The Lord‘s Supper will be observed on Sunday, Nov. 6th. This week we should all prepare ourselves to take this remembrance in a holy and worthy manner.
Monday, Nov. 7th, Women’s Day of Prayer at SABA from 9:30-11:30 with a sack lunch to follow. Becky Segovia will meet at our church about 8:00am to travel over with anyone who needs a ride.

Saturday November 19th is the next Samaritan Project event. Starting at 9:00 am, Nick Coalson will teach a CPR class. Another one may be taught in the afternoon as needed. Preregistration is on the bulletin board or the church office at 658-2891. We look farword to an informative time.
Sunday, Nov.20th, is the monthly business meeting after morning worship service. The meeting is to review on church business and to see a direction in our church ministries. Be prepared with any questions on the proposed 2011 Budget that you may have. This is the last meeting to discuss the proposed budget. Remember in Dec. Business Meeting, the Budget is just a “Yes or No” vote. We will have Evening Worship Services on the first and third Sundays.
The 24th is Thanksgiving Day, and there will be no meeting on Wednesday the 23rd, so everyone can prepare for the next day. Also the Office will be closed Nov 24th & 25th. We will open again on Mon. You can reach Bro Bill at his number or Tinna at 210-912-6865 if needed.
The Choir will start practicing on Wednesday nights at 8:00pm. They meet after Bible study to plan next Sunday’s worship music, and will start practicing on Christmas Music. We are thankful for all the members of our choir that help make our Worship experience so lovely and uplifting. If you wish to sing in the Christmas Choir now is the time to start practicing with them.
Kids In Action meet on Wednesday night from 7-8pm. Hey Kids! Mrs. Susan is planning some interesting and fun activities, so come and see what she has in store for you.
Put on the “Big Yellow Button” and you will open the door to a wider witness opportunity. The idea is to pray for people who ask for prayer or just who ask about the button. It starts conversations and provides openings to lead people to the Lord. Remember, if you have any questions ask Sam Brockman.
The “I Love My Church” offering each Sunday Morning is a successful step for the church. These funds are used to meet the needs of the church financially, of our mission needs, and of ongoing and future projects. God is Good.
Every Tuesdays @10:00am is bible study at GRASP and every Wednesday @6:30 pm is $1/1meal, prayer & bible study.

We are having several visitors lately so be sure to stop and great them on Sunday. Look on the bulletin board for names to call and follow up on our visitors. We have had several come because of the WEB site. If anyone wishes to help David, with ideas or time, on the site just call him at 912-9441.

Let us pray for our members that are sick, or traveling, and the pastor as he prepares for services. Please remember to pray for all of our brothers and sisters in Christ, our church, our community, Camargo orphanage, our men and women in armed services, yourself, and also the people who don’t know Christ as Savior. We hope to see you all Wednesday and Sunday. Remember to pray and seek God’s face daily. Let’s join Him where He is working. May God bless you and your families! Happy Thanksgiving.

NOTE FROM CAMARGO
Pastor Luna called Monday night & his niece Anna translated. According to Pastor Luna, “We have 27 kids at the orphanage now and crossing the border is safe.” We will go down on a week day in Dec. Let’s start collecting money now, for a Christmas @ Camargo–things are less expensive along the border, and in Mexico, than they are here. More later on this.
